 Cancellation Policy

​

  • 100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. 

  • 50% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in. 

  • No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.

 

All cancellations must be made by 11:59 pm in the property’s time zone to fall within the cancellation policy. 

 

Damage and Incidentals:

If there is damage to the rental property during your stay, you may be charged up to 450.00 euros.

 

House Rules

  • Check out 10AM

  • Maximum overnight guests 6

  • Children allowed ages 8 and Up

  • Minimum age to rent 18

  • Minimum stay two nights

  • No pets allowed

  • No smoking allowed

  • Security deposit 450.00 euros (refundable)
