CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICIES : Guests can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival. The guests will be charged 50% of the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 21 days of arrival. If the guests will cancel within 10 days before arrival or do not show up, they will be charged the total price of the booking reservation.

DATE CHANGES: Guests may request to change the booking dates (if available) with no charge.

PAYMENT OPTION: We facilitate secure payment of the full amount from the guests with PayPal, the trusted financial company. An invoice will be emailed with payment options to guests from the booking@villavitabel.com PayPal Account. Guests are not required to have a PayPal Account to complete the transaction.

GETTING INTO THE PROPERTY: The property key is in a lockbox on-site. We will provide the lockbox code and Wi Fi password within 48 hours of check in time (alternatively; a property manager will meet the guests on location).

CHILD POLICY: Children 8 and older are welcome, (no cribs, no extra beds provided)

DAMAGE POLICY: We collect a damage deposit of 300 euros in cash from the guests upon arrival, returned to the guests on the day of check-out. In case of damage by the guests, the amount of any damage will not be refundable.
